The latest Instagram post from bodybuilder Jo Lindner, who died on Friday aged 30, revealed that she was experiencing some health issues following her testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
Lindner, 30, posted a bunch of shirtless pics and detailed his medical journey for his fans.
When I lost my earnings because I stopped everything for 1 year but then couldn’t get mine back [testosterone] so levels are back on trt, wrote the fitness influencer. Trust me, I’ve tried to stop, but know that it could have long-term effects on your life.
Trt is a big commitment, keep that in mind, Lindner continued.
The guru then explains how the last photo shows the difference between him before and after TRT.
It shows many size differences like puffy and not puffy you can see on the chest etc. All skinny though my waist is smaller then, Lindner writes before challenging her followers to spot 12 differences in the two images.
It was then that Lindner opened up about the new problems she was facing due to a hernia.
Also my stomach now due to my hernia operation is now a new hernia there and it makes my stomach bigger, continued the health star. Overall this post should show that even though natural you can look amazing and why you just gotta get fit!!
The news of the bodybuilding icons’ death was first announced by his girlfriend Nicha, known as @immapeaches on Instagram.
According to the fitness model, Lindner died in her arms after suffering an aneurysm.
Jo is in the best place for everyone, Nicha wrote on Instagram. Yesterday he passed away due to an aneurysm I was there with him in the room he put the necklace he made for me around my neck
then .. we lay down just to cuddle.
She was in my arms…then it’s happening too fast, added the woman, saying Lindner complained of neck pain before her death.
He called Lindner sweet, kind, loyal, strong, and a believer in everyone.
Before his death, Lindner spoke to YouTuber Bradley Martyn about how he feared overtraining would lead to a heart attack due to his rare muscle condition called rippling muscle disease, in which muscles are unusually sensitive to movement or pressure.
The heart is a muscle too, that’s my biggest concern and if I cramp so badly that I get a heart cramp, Lindner told Martyn. This scares me. That’s why I stay too far from bodybuilding competitions.
Because I’d take all these diuretics and if I stop eating salt and drink a lot, and then stop drinking too, you’d pee all over it, and then you’d also take a diuretic on top of it and then you’d whack off even more sodium,” the bodybuilder continued.
I can’t really exist. I can’t even walk anymore, concluded Lindner.
Authorities have yet to rule on an official cause of death.
